Ensure to use lukewarm water always to thoroughly rinse your virgin human hair. Apply conditioner in wet hair and gently comb it till the conditioner is saturated. Leave it overnight and rinse the hair well with sulfate or alcohol-free shampoo. Make sure to use the best quality shampoo and conditioner. And let your hair air dry.

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed, your order will ship within 2-3 business days. Upon shipping, you will be notified by the e-mail address you provide when your order has been shipped along with the tracking information.
We ship all packages via USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to sign for your package you may do so on USPS after receiving tracking number or request in the checkout comment section before purchase. Please advise your billing and address must be the same.
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, incorrect address, natural disasters, lost, stolen, damage or carrier delays. We try our best to make sure your wait time is as little as possible while maintaining a high standard of quality hair extensions.
Return Policy

Should you be unsatisfied with the quality of your hair order, kindly reach out to us. We accept returns initiated within 10 days of order receipt. This means your order must be scanned at the post office for return shipment within 10 days of your delivery date. Returns meeting this timeframe criteria will qualify for a full refund upon receipt of the hair. Orders exceeding this 10-day window are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will be issued if returned in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition, and in its entirety. This policy exclusively applies when hair is received, not during processing/ shipping time. Doesn't apply to hair accessories.
