This means your order must be scanned at the post office for return shipment within 10 days of your delivery date. Returns meeting this timeframe criteria will qualify for a full refund upon receipt of the hair. Orders exceeding this 10-day window are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will be issued if returned in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition, and in its entirety. This policy exclusively applies when hair is received, not during processing/ shipping time. Doesn't apply to hair accessories.
