Processing Policy (Effective as of 02/05/2024)

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed, your order will ship within 2-3 business days. Upon shipping, you will be notified by the e-mail address you provide when your order has been shipped along with the tracking information.
 

                                        

We ship all packages via USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to sign for your package you may do so on USPS after receiving tracking number or request in the checkout comment section before purchase. Please advise your billing and address must be the same.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, incorrect address, natural disasters, lost, stolen, damage or carrier delays. We try our best to make sure your wait time is as little as possible while maintaining a high standard of quality hair extensions.
