If you would like to sign for your package you may do so on USPS after receiving tracking number or request in the checkout comment section before purchase. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, incorrect address, natural disasters, lost, stolen, damage or carrier delays. Return Policy 10-Day Money Back Guarantee (Effective as of 02/05/2024) Should you be unsatisfied with the quality of your hair order, kindly reach out to us. We accept returns initiated within 10 days of order receipt. This means your order must be scanned at the post office for return shipment within 10 days of your delivery date. Returns meeting this timeframe criteria will qualify for a full refund upon receipt of the hair. Orders exceeding this 10-day window are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will be issued if returned in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition, and in its entirety. This policy exclusively applies when hair is received, not during processing/ shipping time. Doesn't apply to hair accessories.
